One of my favorite desserts is blueberry bread pudding, & my absolute favorite way to make it is with pound cake. Yes, pound cake! Store-bought pound cake is perfect for this dessert. I love how the warm blueberries just burst & are scrumptious with buttery, moist pound cake. It’s divine. To make this dessert even more special, I buy the mixed berry pound cake from The Fresh Market. OMG, is all I can say. What I like also about this dessert…it takes minutes to make! While I prefer serving the blueberry bread pudding in individual soufflé cups or ramekins, it works just as well to serve the dessert in a ovenproof dish as well. Serve with a dollop or sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
