Debone the chicken wings. Remove any unwanted skin. Cut the larger chicken pieces into bite-size pieces. Transfer the chicken to a nonstick skillet or fry pan & drizzle with Frank’s® RedHot®…sauté the chicken over medium heat & caramelize the chicken….add additional Frank’s® & a little Sriracha, if desired. Set the chicken aside.
Combine the blue cheese dip & cream cheese in a bowl large enough to also add the chicken. Add a splash of Frank’s® and mix together the 3 ingredients until well combined.
Add the chicken to the cheese mixture. Mix until well combined. Taste & add more blue cheese, Frank’s®…& Sriracha…according to your taste preference.
Remove the dark green ends of the scallions & thinly slice the green & white parts.
Transfer the Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip to a serving dish or bowl. Sprinkle the dip with the scallions & additional blue cheese. Serve with your favorite chips or crudité.
…half an order of Domino’s Fire or Hot Wings are a great substitute if you do not have time to make wings in the first place… …crumbled blue cheese is my favorite “extra” for this dip…this dip should take you less than 20 minutes to prepare, so a shortcut such as crumbled blue cheese will make your entertaining life easier…which is what this is all about anyway, correct?
