Émilie first started making her Salsa Guacamole recipe about 4 years ago. It was a hit back then, & it still is today! The salsa adds a little “kick” to the guac, as well as texture & added depth of flavor . we recommend using a thicker, chunkier salsa or else the guacamole will become runny and difficult to eat. Serve the guacamole with your favorite tortilla chips! I also like serving steamed shrimp with the salsa guacamole, which is a delicious great combination! For Halloween, I always add a little neon green food coloring to make the guac extra green & spooky!
