Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts are amazing! I love kosher or coarse sea salt added to this dish of caramelized to almost burnt honey-coated whole brussel sprouts, which explode with all sorts of deliciousness in your mouth. What really makes this a great appetizer, game-day goodie or side dish is the use of Mike’s Hot Honey, rather than regular honey, in this dish. This chile-infused honey gives a little burst of heat that, when combined with the salt, then caramelized, simply takes roasted brussel sprouts to a whole new level. You may never eat brussel sprouts any other way! Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts are part of the Girl’s Game Day Menu, and are really great game-day fare for all to enjoy! Enjoy!
Remove the ends and any discolored leaves from the brussel sprouts and place the whole brussel sprouts on an aluminum foil-lined sheet.
Drizzle honey over each brussel sprout (a), then sprinkle a little kosher or sea salt over the brussel sprouts (b).
Roast the brussel sprouts for 20-25 minutes, until the brussel sprouts have caramelized and browned beautifully. Using a spatula, transfer the honey roasted brussel sprouts to a dish & serve immediately.
For this recipe, I use Mike's Hot Honey, which is chile-infused & absolutely delish! You can order the honey on their website or purchase it from Williams-Sonoma.
