Mango Peach Daiquiris do not at all taste like a frozen cocktail because these drinks taste like a smoothy! I actually make the daiquiris for the kiddos first…without the rum…then I add the rum to make the daiquiri the real deal! Mango rum is the best. I’m a Cruzan girl personally, but any mango rum will work just fine. If you’re not in the mood for rum? This drink tastes just like a smoothie, only better! Cheers!
Peel the mango & 2 of the peaches, remove the pits, & add the fruit to a blender. Add about a cup of nectar to the blender. Blend till smooth.
Add a couple scoops of ice & blend till smooth. If making virgin daiquiris, pour into glasses. If making real mango peach daiquiris, add a healthy splash of rum to the blender & pulse one last time. Pour into glasses. Add peach wedges or slices to each glass & serve.
