This is the ULTIMATE Bloody Mary for tailgating, brunch, you-name-it! Zing Zang is doctored with a little Old Bay, horseradish & celery seed, then refrigerated. Skewers of grilled shrimp & olives, bacon, celery, pickled veggies & lime make this cocktail a meal in itself! Cheers!
Add Old Bay Seasoning, horseradish & celery seeds to taste to the bottle of Zing Zang. Shake vigorously & refrigerate. Put the bottle of vodka in the freezer.
Preheat your grill or use a grilling pan. Peel the shrimp, then grill on both sides till done, about 2-3 minutes total. Grill the bacon till crispy.
Skewer the shrimp & olives together, starting with the shrimp & ending with an olive.
To assemble, fill 6 large mason jars or another glass with ice. Add 1 shrimp-olive skewer per glass. Add 2 slices bacon, 1 celery stalk, pickled veggies & a lime wedge to the rim.
Pour Zing Zang into each glass until ¾ full. Add vodka & gently stir. Serve immediately.
